The After Sales team is dedicated to providing a world class service to support the Houchin product.

Our mission is to deliver the complete support package at competitive rates without compromising on quality.

Services include:

• Supply of genuine Houchin parts from our extensive stocks to support a range of units — visit our On-line Ordering pages for
  same-day despatch of many parts.
• GPU commissioning on customer site.
• Training on customer site or at our manufacturing base in Ashford.
• On-site maintenance/servicing on an ‘ad hoc’ or contract basis.
• Repairs ranging from PCBs to alternators, complete GPU refurbishment etc — all tested to our original production test specification.
